I Have an interview with them for a Direct sales and marketing position.I would like to know if it is a door to door sales gigAnd if they actually pay their staff unlike most sales and marketing companies.Thanks

I have never heard of them but just did a google search about them and quite a few negative posts come up

All I can suggest is that you read everything you can about them if you decide to go, good and bad, so you know what to look out for and decide for yourself.
Be sure to ask VERY specific questions regarding compensation, contract, and what you will be doing. I've found from various "marketing" companies that if they are not really legit, they are very vague about exactly what they do. A legitimate marketing agency will be very detailed with you as to what sort of services they offer, who their clients are, and even show you examples of the projects they've done
