If the link doesn't work, type, "Groups" (without the quotes) into the search box on Facebook, then click, "Create a New Group"

Umm, on the homepage before you log in there's the bit where you sign up and it says 'Create a page for a band or celebrity'.
I think that's how you do it but Im not sure. =]
