Tip one: spam. just tweet the same thing and label it with a number so you know you're on track.
Tip two: send a funny tweet or something and will make them laugh. i got cody simpson to follow me by using this
Tip three: if they say 'rt for a follow' just rt the tweet then undo again then rt. your username will be on the top if the rt list.
Tip Four: get your username dm'ed to him a lot, maybe he'll see them.
