Question RE: Facebook photos privacy? - Adam - 03-18-2014 04:46 AM

Let's say I post a photo on my own timeline, and set the privacy to "Friends only." Then, one of my friends, we'll call him "John," comments on the photo. Would one of John's friends (we'll call him "Pete") be able to see the photo, even if "Pete" isn't my friend?

I hope the way I worded that makes sense. I've read the privacy setting on my Facebook account settings, but they don't go into much detail.

Facebook has the option of "friends only" and "friends of friends only".
So, theoretically, if you selected the correct setting, friends of friends shouldn't be able to see it.
