This person I believe has his real name but is using one of my pictures as his profile picture and have posted some of my pictures in his timeline and leaving offending comments on them. what can I do?
Under what category on facebook can I report them?

Report them.

Click on the picture and under options there is a "report" link.

Report him by clicking the pic and under there is a report link
Report him for Cyber bullying because it's pictures of YOU that he is making fun of and it's on the Internet, so Cyber
