i want to promote my youtube and i would be okay with paying someone to post my videos on their facebook fan page if it's big.
are there any known facebook pages that do that?

sure but you have to find a page that is related to the topic of your videos or they wont be interested, You can easily do this yourself and target specific audiences too. Check out facebooks ad manager.
