Okay so this girl on twitter just got her braces off and I said this to her
Not that it matters but you look beautiful with and without your braces.
And she said
Thankyouu 😄 !
What should I say next? It's going great and I don't want to blow it?

Uhhhh well - "It's going great" uhhhh not quite?
You can try talking in a private manner and ask how she's doing but .... you may or may not get a response.
