On my Facebook account I go onto "Privacy" settings to change who can see my profile when they search me but the changes won't save when I get out of it
How do I fix this?

Can't you see a 'Save Changes' tab at the bottom of the page ? ? ?

Go to here for Profile Privacy
http://www.facebook.com/privacy/?view=profile
Click Save Changes after all finished.
