I have seen two types of groups in facebook. Check the two links below

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=112074568805408
I can only create a group as in the first one. So, can anyone tell me how to create a group as in the second one. If you check the two links you will probably no there is a big difference in these two groups. Like the profile picture, information, etc.
So, pls help me with this.
