dear it's coming from facebook.. if it's causing an issue why not contact facebook?
report it for guidelines violations? which technically the only violation i see here is the person who is flaming the page... that's about it. their page is falling under the 'freedom act' guidelines.

and IP address is an numerical assignment... the only IP you're going to get IF any at all is from facebooks servers who are hosting the page.

facebook pages dont have an IP address... you dont seem to understand what an IP address even is
