perhaps, it depends how long ago you disabled it...If it was more than a month ago, you should probably create a new account!

You need to first Visit Facebook and create account there. Then, you will be sent E-mail, which you gave in during your registration. Click on the Link in that E-mail sent by Facebook to activate your account. Clicking on that Link will take you to your newly created Facebook account and you can create profile there, find your friends already using Facebook.
In case you de-activated your Facebook account and want to re-activate it, Just Log-in with same ID(E-mail) and Password and your account will be activated.
