i am sorry. there ain't any application on facebook like that.
there are some (not only one) apps which's description is according to your question but all of them are fake and spam.
you should not even try the apps cause once you allow that kinda app, it posts it's link on your wall. send it through personal message etc etc. and disturbs everyone ....
