I'd like to say a nice little post now that says basically , hope y'all had a great merry Christmas. But idk exactly how to go about saying it. any ideas for a post? Thanks

Because so many people say Merry Christmas on Facebook I don't think that you need to say anything special, if you want to wish them a merry Christmas I would send them a traditional card.
