Buying likes is pointless because they're fake. Sharing your page is the best way. Ask other popular pages to share yours, interact with them and just improve your page. Have better quality photos or interesting posts. Change your name to a better one so more people are likely to find it. Have a competition where people have to share your page to enter = more interaction and popularity. Give it time. Good luck
