Facebook you have to pay to advertise. Use google maps. Its a great free tool to advertise your business.

You can create a Facebook page for your business and then invite your friends to become fan of it.
The way to advertise your business in Facebook is by creating what is called a "fan page". Once you have created it you can advertise it inside Facebook. The creation of this Facebook page is free.

There are different ways of marketing your fashion business. Setup your facebook account in such a way that it would like a fashion store, with images to top. Then you invite your friends to come over your site and check. You can also join groups that are related to fashion and place some invitations.
