what do i do about him? i'll answer yours!!? - Cococolo - 03-20-2014 06:01 PM

I used to be best friends with this guy since before we were born. He would always move since his parents were divorced so eventually we lost contact. Then we saw each other after a couple of years. I recently moved and things got even worse between us. We have never seen each other ever since but our parents have been trying to get us to connect but it didn't work out because he is like a ghost I only know his first and last name and his old addresses. He delivered a pack of roses to me but it was to my old house so I never got them. I know I should just forget but I can't because he was a big part in my childhood and I still wear the little necklace he gave to me which is a lock and he only has the key. We've been through so much together and it just haunts me of the thought of letting him go. How could I track him down? My parents never talk about him when I bring him up and just change the subject. Are they not telling me something? Please help I am very upset about this..

I've tried facebook but there's a bunch of guys with his name and I he's shy so I don't know if he would put his profile picture of him I can't forget his face so I would know

I dunno from an outsiders perspective - if they used to always try to connect y'all back together ("our parents have been trying to get us to connect"), and now they refuse to talk about him ("My parents never talk about him when I bring him up and just change the subject")... something obviously happened. Maybe him and your parents had a fight... or maybe the worst - he died.

Just confront your parents and ask them why they keep changing the topic about him... just keep pursuing them for answers...
