What do you mean be 'rest'? Is it 'reset'? If you seem you cannot access your email account associated with facebook then try other options like having the password reset code sent to your mobile phone.

You Cant if you Dont Remember your Password and if you Cant Have Access to your Email Than you Wont Be Able to Get Back in
