Unfortunately, the Surface RT is not an upgradable device, and neither nVidia nor other ARM vendors release chips that can be added to devices such as the Surface RT. Tablets typically have components such as the CPU, graphics processor, and memory on a single circuit board, so you cannot customize them like you can with traditional x86-based laptops and desktops, all the components are put together at the factory.
