My dad died when I was 3 and I am now 15 and yesterday was his bday and now I want to make him like a Facebook 'page' in memory of him... But he never had a Facebook and I have no idea what his email was. What can I do for Somthing like this??

Make a new one. New Id, upload a photo. And create a new facebook id.

You can create a like page from you account. Facebook will let you post as your created page when you are on it and when you are done posting, you can switch back to your regular page. Here is the link to create a page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/?ref_id=233522376687028

Create a new email for him and make a facebook page, put his picture up there and add family and friends, just in the name part put his name then last name memorial or in 1st name put in memory of and then his name , my stepdad already had one but we post on his wall and so does his family he passed away 10mnths ago today

strictly speaking, you can't make a Facebook page for someone else. But you can make one for a public figure, and there might be other types of accounts that would also be appropriate.
By the way, I am very sorry for your loss. My brother has a 2 1/2 year old son and I couldn't imagine what it would be like for my little nephew if my brother passed away.

You can make an like page if you click on an like page on facebook via your pc or laptop . It will say create a page it will then be a like page. People can like the page to see your updates on the page. You can name the page what you want upload photos onto it. And so on.You can also make an profile pic aswell as an cover photo for it like people make with there actual facebook profile acc's.
And then you can also invite people on your friends list to like it if you're on your laptop .Hope you come right
