For about a few days now I have not been able to login to any sites Such as Facebook, Steam Or Others, I just tried to wait to see if it was just my Internet, But it wasn't Whenever I try to log in, The same Page reloads, Yet it doesn't say anything like "Wrong Password". I already Had cookies enabled, Please Help!
I also wasn't able to Download anything, Could this be linked with the same Problem?

Your account has been hacked and you need to change your password and security questions.
