Laws vary from by jurisdiction, but defamation often includes false statements intended to hurt the reputation of a person or business. As long as you stick to the truth or your own opinions you should be safe, but if you post lies you can be sued and possibly criminally prosecuted. Check with your state laws on defamation.

In any event, it is petty and childish to post facebook comments to hurt someone's business because they offend you. Try to be a better person than that.
