does any body know how to post ads with pics for cars for sale on face book.

There's a little Advertising link at the bottom of facebook pages that takes you to the paid ad section, though it's not really for classified ads. You might pay 25 cents or more for each click of the ad.
the free craigslist ads would be more appropriate for a car.
