deactivating facebook account? - Ben V - 03-21-2014 07:29 AM

when I deactivate my facebook account does that mean it's permenantly deleted? i hope so

yes, u can if u want it to be. once u deactivate it, it will ask you if u want it deleted permanently, for a couple weeks, or just on standby.

Im sorry to say but it doesnt..
All it does is not show people that you dont have an acount any more.. Also if you want to go back onto facebook.. then all you have to do is sign back on. Easy! Smile

However if you dont want to go back to facebook.. i would suggest you delete everything like friends and photos.. then change you password to something you cant remember.

Hope that helpd Smile

No, deactivation and permanent deletion are two different processes. This guide will show you how to delete your account on Facebook:
