So for jeans I'd say a good pair of skinny/ straight jeans to tuck under and into the boots. As for a top, you can dress it up and down as much as you'd like....something like a long sleeved, lacy or flowing top might be cute. Also, pair it with a cute faux fur lined or patterned jacket as well? It's whatever is your style
