I have this facebook fan page and I'm trying to grow it (get more likes) so can I start answering questions but include the link in it. Like saying something like "check out my page by the way" after I finish answering.

No, that would be considered a solicitation and/or a spam violation.

You can't post it in ANY answer, let alone all of them.
All you really have to do is take a look around Answers and if you don't see it being done, it's certainly not because no one else ever thought of it.
This site is world wide and has been around for a lot of years, so if it CAN happen it will BE happening.....

From the guidelines:
"If you post your personal web site (including your MySpace page) and email in every answer whether or not they’re related to your answers, you could be in violation for solicitation or spam."
Facebook would be the same as MySpace.
