Alright, so I might be a little facebook-retarded, and by a little I mean a lot. I deleted my verified phone number which figured in my facebook account information, but still, can people I have in my phone contact list see anything else regarding me, except my number? Cause my phone provides me with some of my contacts' Skype, Facebook and etc. information.

The only way the people can find you by your number is if you provide your number to any social media ... and they still can find you if you delete the number unless you dont change the verified no from any of social media like skype, facebook or twitter
