Hey, I know mostly how people get on the popular page. I'm pretty sure I'm not close to getting on the popular page because I only have 817 followers. But all of my pictures get 300+ likes. My Instagram is: Hayleigh_brown
Anyway, is there a certain amount of likes you need to get in a certain period of time? And how many followers do you need?

No and getting Likes has nothing to do with the amount of Followers a user has.

You must get alot of likes and the followers have nothing to do with it
