i dont have a qifi connection for my ipod touch, but i wanna get some apps, i know like the facebook app requires wifi but do mostly all of the rest of them??

yes, it needs wifi. unless you have offline apps ALREADY installed like games and whatnot.

no not all of them like you said facebook does. but like 80% of apps don't require wifi. like most games don't and weather,news,online games. but it just depends what kind of apps you want.
