Is there any way that i dont have to get a email notification after basically everything i do on facebook. It's kind of annoying

Click "Settings" on the top bar in between "<your name>" and "log out". Then click the "Notifications" tab on the next page, and turn them all off. Then save changes.

i don't thinkk its possible to turn them all off. i just made another email i never checked for it. as well as turning most of them off

Go to settings it is on the top of the page in the right hand corner next to your name. When you click on it there are tabs and there is one that says notifications. That is how you get rid of certain e-mail notifications that you do not want.
