I am currently using etsy.com to sell my photography and have a facebook pg for it as well. i am wondering if tumblr and flicker are good ways to get noticed on the web for it as well? anyone have any other suggestions as to sites, etc that are free to list/sell/promote/market my work? thanks!

yes any well know website is a good tool to promote your photos... the more you use the more chances you have of selling.

Yeah. I see people promoting their photography on tumblr and flickr all the time. You can also try going on weheartit.com and uploading photos there.
