I got a job with a woman's health, beauty, fitness magazine and I want to brush up on my merchandising and marketing .... anyone know of any good books that help??

Any book by David Oglvy he's the master. However, if you are in marketing to promote the magazine and need some great in the field ideas to make a big impact there's a great promotional products company that is great with helping marketing reps come up with great ideas.
