They mostly have fan pages. And I very much doubt they'd have personal FB page. If they do, it will be run by their staff. They won't ever personally login or care. Same goes with twitter.
Its always likely some agents they have that run their accounts on FB or twitter

yea i am sure they have it but i think there are many fake pages and it is difficult to find a real one. by the way, some time ago found really cool fb page about celebrities on fb https://www.facebook.com/CelebrtitySexTapesTabloid maybe will be interesting for u
