I have no personal opinion on whether if he's really the terrorist or he's innocent. (I will let the judge decide on this).
On another unrelated note, I realized that the Jahar Twitter account was used and he followed some new people. Should they block him(Jahar)?
Do you think he should be given the death penalty?

His brother killed three people, got religion and proceeded to cover it up by killing three more and injuring ithers. He ruined his little American brother on purpose, because he wanted to be not that bad with his family for murdering his boxing friends in cold blood. If we give the death penalty to this young person, the older brother won. America already failed protecting him (and the three boxing deaths) once, we shouldn't do that, again.

Heres the reality of it, it matters not what we think or believe happened. He pled to crimes he took part in IN the U.S.
The evidence will be provided in a court of law and a jury of his peers will decide his faite.
Another reality for you, inmates in the U.S. do not have access to Twitter accounts. No computers for inmates personal use in any U.S. prison. Obviously it is someone using the account on his behalf.
