You can use your username to try and retrieve your password. Password resets can be sent to your email or your mobile phone. Once you've retrieved your password you can re-enter your Twitter account and delete it. If you do not have a working email or mobile phone number than there is nothing Twitter can do to help you.

You forgot both your password and email address:

"•. . . visit our password request form and enter the username or email addresses or mobile phone number you think you used. Then, check ALL your email inboxes – we will send password reset instructions to the account's email address."

Twitter Password Reset page: https://twitter.com/account/resend_password

"I have lost access to the email address I used when I signed up.

1. Try to log in to your Twitter account using just your username and password. As soon as you are logged in, be sure to update your email address in your account settings.
2. If you have added your mobile number to your account, you can receive an SMS (text message) password reset code. Read more about this here.
3. If you have forgotten your password and have lost access to your account email, and you do not have a mobile number associated with your account, we are unable to help you regain access to that Twitter account. Contact your email provider for help. Read more here."

You can reset password of your twitter account in 2 ways: one is by using registered email id and another is using registered mobile number.
You forgot registered email id. If you remember username of your Twitter account and you have registered mobile number with that account, you can recover it. Other wise no option.
