Yes, just log back in. and your account opens with same settings/friends as before.

there u gotta give the reason that u deactivatin it temporarily
then u can log in again safely

Yes, you can reactivate your account. There will be no changes in your account. If you log in, then your account reactivate you will be back on Facebook. I guess you must be knowing drawbacks of deleting your account.

Yes you can just by logging back in it will reactivate the account. Sometimes it will take 24 hours to become reactivated
