Neymar uses it and a lot of portuguese use it on Twitter.

What is "É nóis"? Is a slang. It's not grammatically correct, but it's similar to how in English we'll say something like "ain't", or (more like in this case) "for the win". When Neymar started using it to celebrate goals, it stuck. So now a lot of people, specially young ones, use it.
