Facebook preselect names when you enter a letter or couple letters in the search box. Is it possible these people have viewed your page?

It is possible that anyone saw your page, but if you're just typing in letters in the search box the first people who come up are your friends, then people you may know based on location/school/mutual friends. There is no way for you to tell who has visited your page unless they left a post or comment.
Likewise, you can visit any one's profile without them knowing it was you.

No, it searches your friends whose names start with the letters you type.
