well...all of a sudden,whenever somebody writes on my wall, i dont get the little red bubble by the notifications bar, and instead i have to refresh my facebook manually..i checked the settings,but nothing was changed..so does anyone have a clue on what to do?my friends and all that updates fine though

probably a bug by facebook.

Try clearing your cache and cookies (only your Facebook cookies if you want). Then restart your browser and try again.
If that doesn't work, then it's probably a bug in Facebook.

Yes, the same thing is happening to me.
It probably has to do with the new facebook layout (which i don't like by the way =D ) and/or whatever they're doing to update the site.
