I originally opened a Facebook account (if I remember correctly) by being invited by someone when I had placed my business advertisement on another site. I am no longer in that type business and do wish for people to find my current information since this is totally different?
My question is: Can I create another Facebook account? Or is it possible to list my primary email address which happens to be a totally different one.

Just go to your account settings and change your email address.
