I use this sometimes on the pages i admin. Basically you ask popular pages to share your page, but in return you have to share theirs too. 2) It appeals to people. Maybe this page attracts people, since so many people like Harry Potter. They've liked the page. 3)Maybe they advertise. You can, actually advertise your page if you want more likes.
