Go to the "lock" shown on your Facebook menu bar (next to the gear that you use to log off with). It will show you a list of subjects. Choose "See more settings". To the left of the next screen that pops up, you will see "Blocking". Choose that and a list of blocked friends will show. Unblock from there.
