I you look at a non-friends profile out of general interest on a regular basis, will facebook notify that person that you are looking at their profile? Also. is the a way to found out who is looking at yours (a non-friend)?

Facebook does not in any way record how many times you look at anybody's profile. There is no possible way of doing this, and any app which claims to do so is a scam.

No, the person will not get a notification from facebook. There is no way of knowing who looks at anyone's profile on facebook. Any apps that claim there is a way are all fakes, scams and virus's.
