You can't if you have forgoten you password. If you can remeber the email account you used go to forgot password and then do.......

If you have forgotten both the email and password your going to find it really difficult to access the account again. Facebook aren't able to track this information down for you based on the fact that anyone could say there you and gain your log in details.

Use the forgot password part, it will ask for your email address, once there think of any email addresses you've had since you opened the account and try each one by one. If the email account isn't linked to facebook they will tell you and you move on to the next one. That is pretty much your only option.

Also deleting the account won't remove the picture from google, when you sign up to facebook in the terms and conditions it states that any photos you upload to facebook can be used for marketing and publicity purposes by facebook even after deleting your account, facebook still keep your information and pictures and your picture will still appear on google until they decide to renew or remove it.
