Yes, you just need to have two email addresses, which are easy to get for free. This is not an uncommon practice, how do you think a 1 year old and dogs and cats get facebook accounts, they certainly didn't sign up for them.

Of course just remember whatever you do consider it as public cause anything on the internet is hack able so watch out. And whatever is connected to the internet is hack able also.

You can do as many you want but every account need a different e-mail address to register it would not let you use an e-mail that you used before you can just use it once so if you have another e-mail you can set it if not than register either with gmail,yahoo,or hotmail.
