Democrats tend to be younger and more tech savvy than their geriatric Republican counterparts. So while it doesn't "favor" Democrats, its safe to say more Democrats use Twitter since it a young person's medium
I am not a Dem and don't use it. But I'm also not about to follow a link to the good Reverand Moon's newspaper article! "The Washington Times: Written by lunatics for angry scared older people".
