1. login to ur facebook profile
2. on the left hand side there should be a button that says 'groups' (click on it)
3. on the right hand side of the groups page there should be a button thay says 'create a new group' (click on it)
4. follow instructions

if you go to any page, if you scroll down to the bottom you should see a highlighted tab allowing you to click on Create A Page, and then you can do whatever you want with it
