No, you can use your computer! Just use a USB to convert your photos

It works on Android too, but the Android version makes everything SUPER pixelated and bad quality (even more so than the iPhone version). Hoping they fix this.

I think you do, I tried to get it on my old phone.... And I couldn't find it in its App Store, android might be able to get it.

If you want to post pictures or create an account, it works on android phones, ipod, ipads etc.
If you're looking just to browse through your 'newsfeed' on instagram, there is an app on google chrome called, "Instagram for Chrome" (you would have to google it and it should be the top search and just download it) it let's you browse through your profile, other profiles and your newsfeed.

That used to be the case but now Android phones have it as well.
