Your question does not have sufficient information to provide a complete answer. It all depends on (don't answer the questions on this web site)
1. What Silverscript Part D plan you have (how/when did you get it? they couldn't market last year?)
2. Where you live (22 states have pharmaceutical assistance plans over and above Part D but some are only for seniors on Medicare)
3. Do you qualify for Social Security Extra Help/LIS (do you already have it?)
4. The $310 doesn't make sense; it sounds like a deductible that you would have paid already in January given the other information you provided. But depending on other drugs you take and given the other information you provided, you should reach the donut hole in May so that's what you must be talking about
5. Does a generic work? Is there a generic?
6. Are you a veteran?

If you qualify for Extra Help and/or live in the right state and/or are a vet, there might be some help for you. Go to a local senior center -- even though you are not a senior -- and ask for the SHIP counselor (the program has different names in different states but tell them you need to talk to the Medicare counselor). Bring the answers to these questions. It's free.I
