What should I do to remove my Facebook account completely? Thanks.

You can't actually 'remove' it. But you can deactivate it. Go to your account settings, and click "Deactivate my Account", or something like that. But if you log back in to your Facebook account when it's deactivated, it will automatically become activated again. So again, there is really now way of 'deleting' your Facebook account.
