i tried to reset my password but its telling me that there is an error.is this happening to you aswell? or do you know how to fix it? thanks! xx

Try logging in on the online browser. Maybe there is a problem with your password in which case accessing it from a different place might work. If not email the developers and tell them about your problem. They may reset your password for you and send you a new one via email.
